Review

The delight in this tale comes from the four main characters and their interactions with each other. And from the Prologue. This is a tale that will appeal to the romantic in all of us, especially readers who want a different slant on meeting their soulmate. Adam Powell is looking for a relationship that won't threaten him emotionally and Jayne Montrose who works for Adam wants a home and children. In order to purchase La Perla Negra Resort, Adam must bring the love of his life with him to meet Ray and Didi Angelini or it's no sale. Ray warns Adam that he must understand love to close the deal and he says he does. But does he? His mistress of the moment isn't going with him so in desperation, he asks Jayne to fill in. The entanglements that result are both funny and sad as he and Jayne, while they admit a mutual attraction, are at odds how to proceed. Recommended for the reader looking for romance in a great setting with fun characters, you enjoy meeting. Written by talented author Katherine Garbera, the characters will feel like old friends when you reach that last page. Enjoy.
