A great tale for any reader. If you are especially interested in horses and showing them, this will have a particular appeal. In a moment of monetary desperation, Kelly Sheridan has taken a job on a farm that raises Andulusian dressage horses and manages a bluff about her experience. The owner, Diego Villaneuva, hires her and then seems to regret doing so as his problems immediately escalate from being nuisances to serious and dangerous. Is Kelly to blame? He wonders. Not only are the lives of his animals threatened, but those of his employees. Who, if not Kelly, would have reason to want to destroy him and his dream? For that matter, why would Kelly? The mysterious events will keep you reading as the talented author, Eileen Watkins, drags red herrings across the trail or sends you off in another direction after the villain. A story guaranteed to satisfy the mystery lover and the romantic in all of us, a tale touched with tenderness and joy amidst deep sorrow. Happy reading.
