Review

If you are a mystery fan who also likes to stop at flea markets, you'll find this tale right up your alley. And you'll e looking at those many and varied stalls and their owners with new eyes, wondering what secrets they might be hiding. Kelly McWinter and his faithfull companion, Jake, a stray dog he shares his life with find the body of Anna, a woman who has been a regular stll holder at the flea market for many years. She has few friends and though she has a wicked tongue when drunk, Kelly can see no reason for anyone to wish her dead. That is, until he takes part in the police investigation and learns that Anna hid many secrets from the world. Was it someone from her present set of acquaintances or from the past ho had a reason to want her dead. Highly recommended as a great read that will keep you turning pages, Deadly Secrets is a well-written tale with characters you could meet on the street, some you will instinctively like and some not. Talented author Jude Morris has added red herrings and twisted trails to the mix with a deft hand to produce a mystery that kept me reading. I hated to take those necessary breaks and loved the unexpected ending. Highly recommended as a fun and satisfying read. Enjoy.
