Review

There are many fine songs that describe true love and the rocky road one must travel to find it. And it is well worth the effort. As is the reading of this book if you are a romance or fantasy fan. The author, Janet Miller, has done a grand job of mixing adventure into the mix and creating a very interesting tale of the adventures of four very real people. You will enjoy the sensual passion shared by Evelyn and Thomas as they come to know each other. Set in a land where estates are inherited by the eldest child, regardless of gender, the person inheriting the estate of Silavale needs a mate to produce a bloodline heir for the next generation or lost the estate to another. This other person has an eye for the estate and lays plans to obtain title to it. Thomas and Evelyn are faced with a deadly enemy as these plots come to fruition. And it would be unfair for this reviewer to tell more. I highly recommend this story of adventure, danger and romance as a satisfying and pleasant read.
