Review

If you enjoy a light-hearted look at spies mixed well with romance, then this is a book for you. A great mix of characters to keep you reading. Hannah Frost, director of a private school, must deal with several problems at once, a boy who tells lies, his mysterious father, a too-attentive member of the board, and keeping her own secrets. Michael Sawyer must try to convince his nine-year-old son, Alex, that he mustn't talk about his father's work which he has been mixing in with some fantastic stories about kidnapped sisters who were really guinea pigs. And then Michael runs into Adrian Padgett, an old acquaintance who is interested in Hannah Frost. Blend in one rich CEO named Thomas Brown who returns to school to get his GED and is immediately attracted to his teacher, Selby Hudson, and their developing relationship and you are ready for the games and fun to begin. Lots of secrets, false identities, questionable motives, spying, danger, are all to be found in this well-plotted tale that will have you smiling while you sit on the edge-of-your-seat, turning pages to find out what happens next. A lively tale with a cast of fun characters you will enjoy meeting. Highly recommended to satisfy any reader. You'll be looking for other books by talented Elizabeth Bevarly. Enjoy. I sure did.
