Review

A keeper!! 44 Cranberry Point is a book to be read more than once and enjoyed a second or third time as much as you did the first time. It's like a visit home. Old acquaintances will never be forgot, as proven when Maxwell Russell turns up at Bob and Peggy Beldon's B&B and is dead before morning. Right from the first there are questions no one can answer about Max. Bob hadn't seen him since he left the army nor had he spoken of the bond he shared with Max and two other men.
No one knows why Max came to Cedar Cove, the small town just off Puget Sound in Washington. Was he searching for Bob? Along with the deepening mystery of Max Russell, you will find developing romances for all ages and friendships that stand the test of time. Lifelike characters step off the pages and into your heart, even though one of them may be a killer. Author Debbie Macomber uses her considerable talent to bring to life an entire town. You'll be willing to swear you've visited Cedar Cove and know the people once you've read this book. A story and a town you won't forget and you will be looking for the next installment in the lives of its inhabitants. Highly recommended. I very definitely will be looking for her next book.
