Anyone interested in past lives and the future will find this mystery a fun read. If you've ever called an advice line to ask about a problem, you'll identify with other callers or the people behind the telephones on the Hotline to Heaven. Jillian Malone, Robert Pierce, a cat named Beastie and a third seer with the very appropriate name of Astarte have traveled to a small town on the west coast to be in on the start up of a new hotline for advice seekers. Jillian was hoping for a new start in her chosen career field, even if it meant working with her jerky ex-husband. The changes that came to her weren't what she expected. Jillian finds herself as a suspect in a murder, someone is writing hate
notes, a partner in the hotline disappears and the law are among the problems that crop up once the hotline is up and running. To save herself
and her job Jillian begins to ask questions, the answers to which nearly make her victim number two. There are charts for the characters in this fun read and one for the business that any budding astrologer will love. Hotline to Heaven is an interesting blend of metaphysics and murder, a tale that will keep you reading. Talented Donna Cunningham has constructed a well told tale with plenty of clues and surprises to keep you reading. Recommended as a way to spend some pleasant reading time. Enjoy.
