Review

Hey, romance and mystery fans. This is a tale that will satisfy both. Talented author Aris Whittier will lead you down a crooked path studded with red herrings and false trails going into other directions. You'll enjoy the trip with intriguing and fun characters whose lives you'll be glad to share. Michael Carven has his friend Dan Walker hire a trainer to take over running his ranch when he agrees to help catch a serial killer. His problems begin when he discovers Jess Stanson isn't a man. Michael is emphatic Jess can't stay, but he won't tell her the reason. However, Jess has ideas of her own and insists on being allowed to do the job she was hired to do. Michael's troubles double when he starts getting phone calls from the killer and threats are made against Jess. Emotions he thought he'd buried rise from their grave, bringing chaos back into his life. Recommended as a very satisfying read peopled by characters you will enjoy meeting. Surprises await you as you step into their lives. Well worth the time, a fun read. Enjoy.
